Field Day June 6

Time for Herbison Woods FIELD DAY! This is a wonderful day of physical activity and a celebration of our school year! The weather report is in and it looks like a beautiful day ahead. 

Fifth Grade: 8:55-10:55am 

Fourth Grade: 1:10-3:10pm

Parents are welcome to come and watch the games if you would like. There is no need to sign in to the office, however parents or family members are not allowed in the building. Feel free to join us in the backyard during your child's assigned. 

Please send your child with sunscreen, a waterbottle, an extra pair of shoes and socks. We ask that students not wear white clothing as there are water games. 

Thank you to our volunteers and Mr. Louisignau for preparing such an exciting day! We also want to thank our DPS PTA for providing popsicles for each student to enjoy!

Records Are Made to Be Broken

Medication Pick Up

If your child has medication, please pick this up by Wednesday, June 14th. Since we are under construction starting June 12 please call the main office at 517-668-3300 before picking up your students medication. We will walk it out to you, as there are restrictions into the building during bond renovations.

Report Cards

You can access your child's report card by logging into your Infinite Campus Parent Portal account. Report cards will be available to view and download on June 19th and will close on July 1. If you do not have a login/password for Infinite Campus, you may contact our technology department at:  helpdesk@dewittschools.net or 517.668.3590. If you have not accessed Infinite Campus in the past, please check out this video that details how to utilize the features within IC. 

Here are some easy-to-follow instructions (guide with screenshots) on how to access the report card:

• Go to https://ccresa.infinitecampus.org/campus/portal/parents/DeWitt.jsp.

• Once logged in, click on the "Documents" section under the left-side menu button.

• Choose your student by clicking the dropdown next to the picture (top right corner).

• Click on the report card listed to view (and print) it.

Lost and Found

If your child is missing any items from the 22-23 school year, please visit our Lost and Found Table in our front vestibule before Thursday, June 7, 2023. Due to our bond renovations, all items on our Lost and Found table will be donated on June 7.
